Who We Are

Laurie Sullivan
Laurie Sullivan
Advancement Officer

Laurie Sullivan has worked in nonprofit organizations for over 7 years. Prior to joining DLC as an Advancement Officer, she served as the Director of Operations at STARability Foundation and before that, as Program Manager at Emmanuel Academies, a ministry of Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Laurie began her career in social work and worked in higher education administration for a number of years before returning to nonprofit work. She is a relationship builder, focused on creating meaningful connections, as well as a data enthusiast.

Throughout her career, Laurie has had a continued interest in mental health. She is passionate about advancing DLC’s mission and having a positive impact on the community.

Originally from the Chicago area, Laurie moved to Florida in 2015. She received her B.A. in psychology from the University of Notre Dame and her MSW from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a member of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) Imperial River Chapter and the Naples Sunrise Bay Toastmasters Club.
