Comprehensive Mental Health Support for Veterans
DLC’s Veterans’ Services Program is dedicated to supporting veterans facing behavioral health challenges, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, and substance use issues—common among combat veterans returning from deployment. Our program focuses on building strong partnerships with veterans and their families, empowering them to enhance their well-being at home, in the community, at work, and in educational settings. These services are provided in collaboration with Home Base Florida and Warrior Homes of Collier County.

How We Help
Veterans’ Case Management
Peer-to-Peer Support and Resource Coordination
Our Veterans’ Case Management service connects veterans with essential mental health, medical, and social services. Veterans are paired with a Case Manager who provides peer-to-peer support, helping them navigate services like SNAP benefits, Medicaid/Medicare, and transitional or long-term housing.
The Case Manager is part of the Veteran Peer Access Network, ensuring veterans are supported by those who truly understand their needs.

Home Base Florida Outpatient Treatment
Through our collaboration with Home Base Florida, DLC offers outpatient treatment to veterans and their families facing PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other emotional health challenges. DLC clinicians have received specialized training in evidence-based therapies for PTSD, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a “gold standard” treatment.
These services are provided at no cost to veterans or military families through 
Home Base Florida.
Veterans’ Treatment Court
The Veterans’ Treatment Court provides veterans with treatment and rehabilitation alternatives to incarceration. This program assists participants in building the skills necessary to lead substance-free lives, meet legal obligations, and create positive relationships with family, employers, and the community.
