Vice President of Advancement

Kimberly Dye has more than 25 years of experience in leading and building advancement teams and nonprofit initiatives. She has taught at the university level, served as Chief of Staff to a university President, and led significant capital and endowment campaigns during her work as a philanthropic consultant. Throughout her career, she has raised more than $200 million for the organizations she has been honored to serve.

As DLC’s Vice President of Advancement, Kimberly is responsible for communicating the organization’s mission and charter to the community, while leading philanthropic development as well as marketing, communications, and advocacy advancement.

She is completing her Ed.D. in Leadership for Change, and she holds an M.S. in Counseling Psychology and a B.A. in Communications.

Passionate about giving back, Kimberly has served on more than a dozen nonprofit Boards and advised countless nonprofit organizations and professionals throughout her career.  She is a member of the historic Naples Woman’s Club where she is dedicated to enhancing the community through philanthropic activities and volunteerism.  She is also involved with the Association for Fundraising Professionals and is a non-practicing Guardian Ad Litem with the 20th Judicial Circuit (Collier County), advocating for children in the dependency and family court systems.

In her free time, Kimberly enjoys traveling as much as possible with her husband and daughter, while advancing her skills as a novice archer and gardener.
