In my professional capacity, I have demonstrated proficiency in diverse areas including healthcare operations management, staff training, regulatory adherence, and continuity of care. My tenure at various institutions has been marked by a track record of success, where I’ve led recruitment initiatives, implemented process improvements, and fostered collaborative environments conducive to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

My educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Administration from American Public University, complemented by Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Registered Clinical Social Worker with the Florida Department of Health.
